The Sales Consultant Role:

We need to increase our team due to the continued success of our growing model range, including the brand new Toyota GR Yaris, the new Toyota Hilux and the return of the flagship Toyota Supra. We also boast class leading Hybrid technology that is now available in the majority of our model line-up, a truly winning formula of success for a career in the motor sector.
With customer service at the forefront of what we do, every member of our team takes pride in distancing ourselves from the competition by delivering our customers exceptional service and an experience to remember.
An exciting opportunity now exists to join our Sales Team. The successful applicants must have the determination and ability to deliver great results in unit sales, finance and insurance, whilst maintaining their passion to deliver exceptional customer service.

Excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people.
Direct Sales experience
Record of working within the automotive industry in a similar position.
Enjoy working in a high-pressure environment.
Enjoy working to, and can achieve challenging targets.
Able to analyse and make decisions
Able to adapt to unknown situations
Able to take initiative and ownership of issues; is proactive, has a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Able to work independently. Able to multi-task and switch quickly between tasks.
Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, able to manage time effectively.
Strong people/communication skills, able to build relationships
Is a team player. Offers help and support to others.
