Elevation Recruitment are working with a growing consultancy business based just outside Wakefield to support them in hiring a new Finance Administrator to join their team. Based in modern offices with fantastic motorway links, this role will start ASAP on a temporary basis, with a strong probability of permanency for the right candidate.
Within the role, reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be supporting the finance team with the following activities:
- production of invoices
- checking and inputting invoices into the system
- supporting with invoice authorisation processes to seek out relevant approvals
- re-issuing of replacement invoices/ remittances
- supporting the wider team with any ad hoc tasks
