The Territory Account Manager Opportunity:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an office based Territory Account Manager to join our Exports team based in our Cardiff sales office. You will be responsible for managing an agreed intercompany & direct base of customers, targeting new customers and delivering on our financial commitments. The successful candidate will use their already honed sales skills, to actively promote and recommend our products and export services by building lasting relationships with customers, gaining business to ensure that all targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
+ Manage performance growth versus sales targets & KPI’s.
+ Drive effective business opportunities at an intercompany & direct customer level.
+ Generate a robust, sustainable target pipeline and have the ability to win.
+ Customer intimacy to manage sales/customer attrition.
+ Sustainable price management.
+ Effective activity management across customer & key portfolios
What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will show the desire & attitude to be a highly skilled sales person with experience of managing existing accounts and identifying and gaining new business. You must be positive & have the right behaviours to deliver double-digit growth. You must be highly organised with excellent prioritisation and time management skills. The individual must also be proficient at handling multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Having the right motivation, focus and ability to execute a growth plan is key to this role.
