Junior Sales Coordinator / Sales Support – Cloud Compliance SaaS for Financial Markets
£20,000 – £24,000 + Commission (circa £40,000 – £44,000 year 1)

We are a global Compliance integrator, specialising in the Financial markets. We are 3 years old and are growing aggressively and have investors from our parent company. We record and manage data for Investment Banks, Brokers, Hedgefunds and Private Equity houses and record all devices that Traders use – mobile, tradervoice, Unified Comms, we also supply AI and Surveillance.
We have 50 staff and generate over $13m revenue annually and are a global company with offices in LDN, NY, HK and Switerzland.

The Junior Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales Coordinator to join a global Compliance integrator within the Global Sales team specialising in the Financial markets.
This newly created position is responsible for assisting the Global Sales Team with CRM reporting, preparing presentations for the team and managing opportunities from our channel partners going into our Sales Team with a view of compiling the basic technical solution for the sale.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for managing all channel opportunities to be dispersed into our Global Sales Team.
+ Management and compilation of SME Proposals and sales materials.
+ Manage weekly/Monthly CRM reporting.
+ Assist lead generation with partners.
+ Basic Technical Design and documentation.
+ Ideally a minimum of 12 months successfully demonstrating Sales Coordination.
+ CRM Reporting.
+ Strong Demonstration Skills.
+ Proficient in Excel and Word.
+ Proficient in PowerPoint.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, with effective presentation experience.
+ Possess strong interpersonal skills coupled with a can-do attitude and appetite to succeed.
+ A technical understanding of software applications and cloud technology.
+ Keen to learn in a progressive company.
+ Ideally you will have just completed college or will already be working within a Sales role.
+ You will be a good listener with a willingness to learn.
+ Knowledge and experience of Financial Institutions.
+ Knowledge of Cloud Based software platforms.
