Citizens Advice Rotherham & District are looking for Remote Home Working Volunteers to join our fantastic team. We are a charity who have been making a difference to people's lives by helping them with the problems they face for over 80 years.
Are you passionate about making a difference to people's lives? Are you looking for a new challenge? If so we would love to talk to you about joining our team of home based, remote working, advice volunteers.
You could join us as an Adviser - we will give you full training to help people with the problems that they face and helping them find a way forward via video or phone advice or as part of our Projects Team - helping clients and raising awareness of things such as Scams or helping them save money on their energy bills.
We offer excellent FREE training and an inclusive and engaging remote volunteering environment. No previous advice giving experience is required just a desire to learn, good written and spoken English, reasonable IT skills and a minimum of 1 day per week that you can dedicate to volunteering.
Although our office is in Rotherham our home working volunteering roles are open to people living across England or Wales.
