Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

Salary: Subject to experience

Location: London/flexible

Hours: Full time

The applicants should be capable and confident PR operators who have a thorough understanding of the required media and communication skills, and the media tools available to deliver on the client KPIs.

The account manager/ senior account manager would be expected to manage accounts on a day to day basis, come up with ideas and concepts to deliver on client objectives, as well as ensuring business profitability and retention.

The account manager will also play a role in business development, offering support and training to their teams and bringing value to the wider agency.

Skills & Attributes
  • Prior agency or equivalent in-house experience (B2B and B2C) working in the travel industry sector
  • Strong examples of PR campaigns and subsequent media placement
  • An established network of media and industry contacts
  • Strong knowledge of UK media landscape and news agenda
  • A sound knowledge of the UK travel industry
  • Excellent written skills and solid experience PR content creation
  • A creative "out the box" thinker
  • Good time management and impeccable attention-to-detail
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong social media credentials
  • Business development experience (a/o experience of working on pitches)

Additional skills which would be a beneficial (but are not essential)
  • A second language (Spanish in particular)
