Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing your time efficiently and adhering to tight deadlines. You will pull together data from the Company's software and input it to spreadsheets on Microsoft Excel to ensure accurate payment of employees. You will support the Finance team with Purchase Ledger functions including processing of purchase orders, invoices and expenses as well as assisting in cash management and bank reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a motivated Finance professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and be experienced in operating accounting software. Specific experience in Xero will be considered advantageous.
