Do you have great customer service skills? If you answer yes, this retail store want to talk to you about a permanent full time (5 days a week) position in their Customer Service team.

This family run furniture retail store established over 100 years ago which prides itself on a high level of presentation and service, with their head office on London Road, Sheffield. The customer service department is operated from their warehouse and distribution facility in Dronfield where the job would be based.

The role involves direct discussion with customers and suppliers to resolve service issues quickly and efficiently to provide the high levels of service that their customers expect. A good telephone manner and keyboard skills are essential as well as a strong ability to work under pressure.

The warehouse is open 6 days a week (not Sunday) and their furniture customers shop at weekends and on Bank Holidays so you must be flexible to be available at those times.
