CUSTOMER INSIGHT MANAGER

UP TO £65,000 + BENEFITS

THE COMPANY

This leading international media/news giant are looking to get an improved understanding of their customer base! This is a great opportunity for an up and coming analyst with some management experience to have a significant business impact, working closely with senior stakeholders.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Insight Manager, you will be looking to solve problems and understand their customers behaviour and business problems through data driven analysis. From this, you will be providing actionable insights to the wider teams across the company, providing recommendations with complex analytical results with clear communication skills.

More specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
  • End-to-end management of projects using a statistical perspective, helping to define customer strategy
  • Understanding long term customer behaviour looking at factors such as customer lifecycle, churn, LTV, average revenue per customer, retention, acquisition
  • Mentor others in your team to enhance their knowledge and skill of data techniques
  • Collaborative working with stakeholders whilst influencing
  • Advising on insight and data activities with a clear narrative
  • Implementing the use of statistical tools, teaching analysts in the team

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Customer Insight Manager will have the following skills and experience:
  • Significant experience with SQL and Tableau (or similar e.g. Power BI, Looker)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, transactional environment (media experience would be great!)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be autonomous, working under your own initiatives whilst effectively managing workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with statistical tools such as Python/R is desirable

THE BENEFITS

The successful Customer Insight Manager will receive a salary of up to £65,000 and an extensive benefits package.
