Our rapidly growing tech firm client is looking to hire a new help desk operator! As the Service Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all customers and general enquiries. This is a great full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30 role! We are looking for a switched on, outgoing, hard-working individual, who would enjoy working with a friendly, charming, and dedicated team!

This role is on the outskirts of Coventry and would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has had call handling experience, for example reception or call centre. Our client is also a firm believer in internal progression and growth, therefore after six months they increase the salary from £19,500 to £20,000.
