Job Details

I have been instructed on an exciting opportunity for a leading investment manager on an exclusive basis. The main purpose of this role is assisting with the month-end close process, preparing monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, managing Accounts Receivable for EMEA funds and clients including monthly accruals as well as monthly and quarterly billing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Preparation of management fees - simple quarterly client calculations and also monthly fund management fees
*Assist with monthly management fee accruals
*Provide Cash Management and Accounts Payable support - prepare weekly cash projection
*Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
*Assist with Fund Reimbursement process
*Preparation of National Statistics forms
*Assist with Annual Statutory Audits
*Preparation of Monthly Packs for European Branches
*Ad Hoc support to Finance Team

The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following:
*Must have previous Accounts Payable (AP) experience ideally within Financial Services
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
*AAT qualified
