Your Role and Responsibilities

The growth of the Oracle Practice has created the opportunity for a experienced Consultant to lead and accelerate the growth of the HCM practice across multiple Industry sectors. Oracle's HCM Cloud along with IBM's unique expertise is a powerful combination that is providing and will continue to provide benefits to an ever increasing number of UKI customers.

Our global Oracle network of over 15,000 professionals offers the following services and solutions to IBM clients:
Transformation services including Operating Model design and implementation.
Cognitive and Analytics solutions - across the entire HCM lifecycle
Global delivery model strategy, implementation and support
Application Management Services
Digital Change supporting client reinventions and transformation, leveraging data, mobile and social technology to support change

We are currently seeking experience Oracle Associate Partner to join our growing practice. You will be responsible for the ongoing identification, Sales, and revenue of business opportunities in the UK and Ireland for Oracle HCM. You will develop extensive executive and senior management relationships in client organizations that lead to them being viewed as trusted advisor.

You will use the full capabilities of the IBM Corporation to create, articulate, and sell an innovative and compelling buying vision and value proposition so that executives clearly realize the financial benefits and transformational value to their business offered by a relationship with IBM. This is a unique opportunity for a talented and proven professional to join a growing practice focused on how cognitive technologies can enable the digital reinvention of business.

Help IBM client's structure/organize/right-size their businesses, improve performance, and become increasingly competitive and profitable.
Develop innovative HCM client propositions representing the rapidly changing market.
As part of the UKI Oracle Management team to continually help build/grow a successful Global consulting practice for IBM
Understand our client's strategic needs, short and long-term business objectives and then articulate and formulate proposals and statements of work which are aligned
Develop innovative HCM client propositions representing the rapidly changing market.
Participate in envisioning future industry trends and strategic technology domain solutions
Build and maintain relationships with and advise various levels of stakeholders, up to and including C-Level
Establish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial, and operational metrics directly to near and long-term business improvement.
Contribute to external eminence of IBM and Oracle Practice through conferences and seminars


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Extensive experience with HCM solutions including Oracle Cloud
Extensive experience in a Management Consultancy environment
Proven Oracle HCM Cloud Sales (and Delivery) expertise
Strong relationships with Oracle UK
Extensive experience in a technology sales environment
Proven business development track record.
Personal market eminence in HCM
Track record of success in a multi-stakeholder environment and experience of large scale business transformation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across a diverse set of platforms, with ability to communicate information-intensive and complex interactions in plain language.
Experience working within a highly-matrixed organization and able to influence and drive change in such an environment
