Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering the best customer experience, is proficient using multiple social media channels, has a strong sense of empathy, and can help drive exceptional customer service by helping customers who reach out to Michigan Media through social media for assistance.

Social Media Assistant Responsibilities
  • Brainstorm campaigns.
  • Create social media posts.
  • Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Research industry innovations and tools.
  • Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization.
  • Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.
  • Previous experience with the similar or the same key activities is an asset.
  • Experienced with developing and implementing Social Media strategy to increase and improve marketing efforts, designing social campaigns and a social media strategy is a plus.
  • Excellent professional and soft skills,
  • Excellent organizational, communication and visual skills are a must to ensure cohesiveness in all the image, text, and video content created for our platforms.
  • Great analytical skills.
  • Excellent English in writing and speaking.
  • Excellent communication and visual skills are required.
