At Agnitio we've been working with marketing automation for approximately 3 years. In this position you'll get to further accelerate this work. Your main responsibility will be to analyse what's working in the market and (re-)define Agnitio's campaign strategy. This includes setting campaign KPIs, developing communications, managing implementation and measuring results. You'll be working closely together with the marketing team - as well as sales and the broader organisation.
The ideal candidate
You have some experience with marketing automation and campaign development. You are initiative, proactive and self-going with a strong desire to make things happen.
You like the energy of being in a smaller organisation and don't mind wearing more hats.
You have brilliant English skills and besides from understanding the bigger picture you're hands-on and able to create communications yourself (you will be sparring closely with the content director and marketing head too).
You have probably studied marketing or communications with a few years of experience from a marketing department or an agency. What will make you stand out
