for a Fast Food and Retail GIANT, that has a presence in over 100 different countries, serving billions of customers every year! The role/s - CRM Executive and Loyalty Campaign Executive
The company have invested heavily in Digital over the past few years and they are not slowing down - both roles will sit in the UK Digital Marketing team, reporting directly into the Head of Loyalty and will play a crucial role in their approach to customer loyalty, growing their customer data asset and delivering business value from it.
As CRM Exec and Loyalty Exec, you will be an enthusiastic CRM and loyalty marketeer, with digital and mobile at your core. This is an opportunity to take a key role in the digital evolution of one of the most iconic brands on the planet! What we want to see
- 2 years CRM experience within Digital, ideally delivering data-driven Loyalty campaigns
- Degree educated in a relevant subject
- Strong knowledge/experience in Email and Push Marketing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Ability to remain ice cool under pressure
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle principles and how loyalty and CRM can grow customer engagement.
- Experience of using a market leading CRM campaign tool and data platform (Adobe Campaign or Braze desirable)
