Due to a number of significant new business wins within the health sector, we are looking for an experienced digital performance manager with skills across paid search, paid social, and display advertising with both direct response and brand campaign experience. This role reports into the digital performance director and managing director, performance.

Overall role description

The role requires someone with a demonstrated record of analytical and performance rigor, entrepreneurship, creative problem solving, and exceptional stakeholder management.

Scope of the role
  • Working closely with clients to ensure a full understanding of their business, digital needs and priorities
  • Working closely with the digital performance director and managing director to ensure all accounts have both a performance and commercial strategy
  • Working closely with digital suppliers to ensure that the team are constantly at the forefront of industry developments
  • Ensuring all activity meets or exceeds clients performance expectations
  • Manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target
  • Management of junior members of the team to ensure that work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target and on time
  • Quality control of work conducted by junior and more operational members of the team
  • Attending creative brainstorm sessions with senior Four staff on campaign briefs and strategies
  • Monthly billing admin for your clients to ensure payments are aligned with company financial records
  • Liaising with Four Health Media, Comms and Creative team to drive integrated campaigns within health
  • Understand nuanced nature of the health industry from creative and media targeting perspective

Technical requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Display Network or DV360, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • Advanced knowledge Google and Adobe Analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of DCM/CM floodlight configuration covering campaign bulk upload and editing
  • Advanced knowledge Facebook attribution including cross platform connectors with (Google AdWords, Twitter, LinkedIn, CM)
  • Advanced knowledge of GTM tagging including installation of custom events and datalayer based triggers
  • Advanced DV360 Bid campaign building management and optimisation, utilisation of 1st -3rd party data audiences
  • Floodlight Pixel creation setup implementation and usage across CM and DV360
  • Strong knowledge of MLR and ABPI processes when developing Social, Programmatic and search campaigns
  • LinkedIn conversion deployment and tracking, custom audience development
  • Advanced knowledge of Twitter conversions and custom audience targeting
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook tag manager and custom audience
  • Advanced knowledge of Datastudio alternatively Power BI
  • Welcome but not requires knowledge of Jira or other project collaboration tools
  • Strong MS office efficiency with specific focus on Excel and PowerPoint, Google Drive products (Sheets, Slides)
  • Understanding the correlation dependencies and synergy between online and offline media channels
  • Strategic thinking in digital media buying and planning
