We are start-up healthcare company providing surgical services to the NHS to assist in reducing surgical waiting lists. We're growing rapidly and we're looking for a dynamic candidate that will manage the interface between ourselves and key clients. There will be considerable training opportunities within the role and you should only apply if you're keen for a highly varied and interesting workplace.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills and a preferably experience in a healthcare setting. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources. The role would suit a nurse or allied health professional looking to transition into the commercial sector.

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Track and report on key metrics to all stakeholders
  • Assist with the logistics of running surgical lists within the NHS
  • Oversee key account P&L's
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
