Banking Lawyers with LIBOR experience

Konexo an established division of Eversheds Sutherland, created to meet client demand for high quality, interim legal, HR and compliance professionals. We are actively recruiting for Lawyers with experience of LIBOR to work in-house with our clients, which include some of the largest banking groups and FTSE100 companies.

Those interested should have experience of the following:

Reviewing and negotiating LIBOR amendments to existing agreements that remediate existing LIBOR provisions.

Advising clients on how to manage risks in relation to LIBOR.

Reviewing and advising on the management of legacy exposures across asset classes.

Creating and developing templates in relation to the transition as well as training materials.

Advising on relevant regulatory issues.

Our client have informed us that, in response to the change to the IR35 rules, they will not engage with contractors who work via a Ltd Company. Therefore, if you are interested in this opportunity, you must be willing to work via an Umbrella Company either from the outset.
