They are looking for someone ideally with talent management and succession planning experience to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new role
The main focus of this role is to deliver talent solutions to the business across emerging talent and talent management along with ensuring that talent in the business is retained and developed. You will also be managing talent programmes, managing various projects and help with design and implementation of certain projects. You will also be liaising with a number of stakeholders across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this post you will ideally come from an Learning and development, training or talent management background. Ideally you will have some exposure to succession planning, process improvement and stakeholder management.
