An opportunity for a Marketing Communications Manager to join a major financial institution, a FTSE 250 organisation. The company specialises in providing vehicle finance solutions and funding solutions to independent and franchised vehicle dealerships. The company are highly respected in their field and pride themselves on delivering an exceptional level of service to all their customers.

They are recruiting for a dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to join their Marketing team supporting the Retail Marketing Director in developing and delivering the marketing strategy. The Marketing Communications Manager owns and delivers all internal communications activity ensuring key messages, objectives and ambitions are woven into any internal messaging, providing a consistent message for colleagues throughout the business.

The role requires a creative candidate, with an understanding of the new and used vehicle marketplace and/or financial services and must have a passion for good communications. In this role, you will work closely with the wider Marketing team, the Management Committee, plus external suppliers to deliver an enhanced brand and colleague experience.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate, results driven marketer who has a creative flair who is tenacious and willing to be 'hands-on' to get the job done. Ideally, you will have marketing experience within financial services or within the automotive industry. This position will be a mix of homeworking and office-based.

This a 12-month fixed term contract. On offer is a basic salary up to £35,000, laptop, mobile, contributory pension, private healthcare, 26 days holiday plus an excellent benefits package.
