As our IT Administrator you will be part of our Technology Team and will provide administrative support for our service desk as well as first line support to colleagues.
You'll work with the Service Desk Lead and provide a key role in the Technology Service Team ensuring a high level of service at all times.
What you will do:
First line support - responding to and assigning support requests raised through the on-line service desk by telephone and face to face
Prioritisation of support requests and incidents based on their urgency and impact on the business
Ensuring that support issues are kept up to date and have sufficient detail
Collating weekly and monthly reporting
What you will bring:
Previous experience of providing technical support, preferably working as part of an IT team / service desk
Excellent customer service skills and demonstrable experience of dealing with support queries
Proficient in Google Workspace
Experience of using of using Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing system
