We are looking to recruit to a key position that will accelerate our intention to enrich people's lives and help make Carlisle and Cumbria a thriving place for everyone.
We are looking for a dynamic Retail & Visitor Experience Manager who can deliver award-winning customer service and manage a large team of staff and volunteers. This is an exciting role that will look after visitor experience on the Museum galleries, manage and develop our growing retail offer and, alongside a team of passionate colleagues, play a key role in income generation and sustainability.
Tullie House attracts around 200,000 visitors each year, delivers award winning exhibitions and engagement programmes and leads the Cumbria Museum Consortium, which is an Arts Council National Portfolio Organisation. The Museum is also about to commence a major multi-million pound capital development.
£27,742 to £29,578, dependent on skills and experience
