One to one Teaching Assistants (Minimum Level 3 qualified)
Day to day and long term positions
Aspire People are looking for a bank of committed and motivated Level 3 or above qualified Teaching Assistants with a minimum of 6 months experience to work with children in primary schools across South Staffordshire. Aspire have experienced a high demand for Teaching Assistants this school year and expect that to continue in to next academic term and following academic year. As you will be working on a one to one basis, experience with SEND children is essential.
We work with a huge amount of local schools within the South Staffordshire area and our clients have come to expect high levels of service from Aspire People and from the teaching assistants we recruit. If you are a strong teaching assistant with a passion to offer high levels of service whilst providing exceptional levels of education for children, I am very keen to hear from you.
The suitable candidates will be required to:
- Be Level 3 qualified or equivalent
- Experience working with SEN needs
- Be confident and be able to use their own initiative in various scenarios
- Ideally situated local to South Staffs
- Highly motivated to work in rewarding classroom environments
