Commercial Litigation Solicitor sought for a multi-accredited firm in Cambridgeshire.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our client's disputes resolution team based in Cambridge on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful applicant will work closely with a highly experienced partner, whilst dealing with a range of commercial disputes.

- Company/shareholder disputes
- Warranty claims
- Professional negligence claims
- Contract disputes
- Agency disputes
- Contentious probate
- Insolvency

The Candidate

- Solicitors with two to five years' PQE
- Technical proficiency in commercial litigation is essential
- A strong communicator, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear manner
- Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
- Highly organised with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines
