This is something a little different - you will be working with a legal team, heading employment matters for a huge portfolio of sistercompanies whilst also looking to build the brand, attracting external clients.
A varied role that requires someone who is commercially minded with strong leadership qualities -someone who is a good fee earner and who wants to retain their legal skills but in an environment very different to a traditional law firm set-up. To be judged successful in this role, you will have developed internal relations with the extensive portfolio of internal clients whilst developing new revenue streams. You will manage the quality and performance of a HR/Employment team and implement new ideas to further develop the departmental capability.
