About The Business
Our client is a Financial Services start up transitioning into their growth phase, managing large trust portfolios acquired from competitors.
Located in the heart of Bristol in brand new, open-plan offices, the business encourgaes an inclusive, sociable culture where encouragement and development are key.

About The Role
Stepping into a busy role with long term progression as the business grows, the Trust Manager is a client facing role managing all aspects of individual and charity funds. Responsibilities include:

- Successful management of the trust, complying with up to date legislatory and regulatory requirements
- Managing all aspects of financial crime and working with the Compliance Manager to provide weekly reports
- Reporting both internally and externally and liaising with clients on a routine basis
- Providing outstanding customer service and developing your personal trust management capabilities

About Yourself
The successful candidate will need a background/experience within a trust management or accounting setting, ideally working with high net wealth individuals and/or charities.
Working towards, or having full STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualifications will be a big advantage.
Will you need strong organisational and communication skills as your customer service and stakeholder management will be critical.
