The corporate and leveraged finance team sits within the finance group at CMS. We are seeking bright, adaptable and keen lawyers to join our growing team. The range of work is broad, so allows for variety, but our experience and client base is deep in all the sectors we operate in so it allows specialisation when you find your niche.

About the Role

The team does a wide range of work, from large corporate syndicated loans to TMT finance, to private equity and leveraged finance transactions to new innovative structured finance solutions for our clients. Our client base is similarly broad and includes banks, corporates, technology companies, sponsors and institutional lenders.

Additionally, much of the firm's fintech work is handled in the team, including debt and equity investment in fintech businesses acting for both investors and many household names in fintech and digital banking. The team acts on emerging technology work including AI, blockchain, and digital asset projects advising commercial enterprises, regulators and governments.
