German Speaking Customer Service Executive

Salary: £21K

We are working with a leading retail brand based in Nottingham.

They are looking for a German speaking customer service executive to work with B2B customers.

They are looking for someone who would love to use their German in a professional capacity, as well as someone who has a good analytical mind and knowledge of Excel


Remote to start, then a mix of remote and office based in Nottingham.

Key Tasks
  • Communicate with 2 key business customers for the company
  • One of the customers communicates only in German, and the other in English
  • Much of the communication will be done over email
  • Arranging shipping
  • Working on various Excel sheets
  • Solving any problems that come in

Experience needed
  • Excel/Administration experience
  • Any supply chain or manufacturing sector experience is a bonus
  • Should have some experience in an exporting environment (preferred)
  • Good analytical skills
  • At least 2 + years experience after university, if you're a language graduate
