Your new role
Level 2, 2nd Line Support at multiple sites.Travel will be covered within your working hours.
Engineer expected to troubleshoot software & hardware issues remotely. Asset Management Warranty's Builds & Rebuilds, Manual s/ware Install's, Virus Call's. On site stock management at each site location for Incident stock and request.
What you'll need to succeed
With highly developed interpersonal skills, you'll have the ability to engage with customers and ensure that you provide a consistently positive customer experience. In addition, you'll have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and will be an enthusiastic and supportive colleague in an often-pressurised environment. With GCSE Maths and English (at grade C or above) you'll be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of IT systems and servers.
