This Legal 500 Corporate/Commercial practice have attracted Corporate/Commercial Partners and Solicitors from much larger Top 100/Top 50 law firms in recent years, including international London practices, who have been attracted to the firm's alternative business structure, excellent culture and who have been looking for an alternative to the traditional billings heavy private practice environment. The Corporate Commercial department are ranked in the Legal 500 in the South West, their clients including Bristol financial advisors, technology and manufacturing companies, pharmacy technology companies and more. Their work includes multi £million sales and purchases, equity fund raisings, joint ventures, partnership and LLP agreements and more. This is an exciting Corporate Paralegal role, with exposure to M&A's, partnership and LLP agreements, employee share schemes, shareholder agreements and more, promising a holistic role with the firm.

Requirements:

You will be a Corporate Paralegal

You will have experience in a range of Corporate Law matters

You will work well in a team

You will have excellent communication skills
