Location - Initially Remote then South Somerset (Post COVID)

£20K plus achievable additional income (Overtime on call and bonus payments)

I am working with a leading MSP in South Somerset who are looking to hire a 1st line support engineer on a permanent basis. This position has become available due to an internal promotion from first to second line. The business is experiencing growth despite the pandemic and can offer both a career path as well as generous on call allowances, overtime and bonus payments.

1st Line Support Engineer Specification:
  • You will have a professional and polite telephone manner.
  • You will have advanced technical troubleshooting using a variety of methodologies
  • You will have excellent customer facing skills
  • You will have an interest in IT (essential) as well as a desire to build a career in IT
  • Remote Desktop Services
  • Network / Server hardware
  • Internet connectivity
  • Microsoft Windows Networks
