• Full management of purchase and sales ledger • Producing monthly management accounts • Bank Reconciliation • Approving invoices on auto entry •Posting journals • Supporting in doctors payment queries • Full Management of Credit Control • Internal payroll and all HR responsibility • Petty cash • Using Xero accounting package • Creating and sending weekly remittances for all doctors • Accessing current Accountant usage and possible cost savings • Ensure CT and PAYE liabilities paid on time. • Produce VAT return, check errors and pay on time. • HTE and CPP report • Intermediary reporting to HMRC • Audit and compliant Umbrella companies • Calculating RC commissions • Monthly finance task • Track holiday/sick pay • Liaise with accountants and producing of yearly management • Auditing • Manage staff expenses and referral payments. • Xero reports monthly - keep up to date • Overall management of finance function • Other ad hoc duties where required.
