They are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to hit the ground running supporting their growing agency by developing strong relationships with existing clients and bring in new business opportunities.

·£25,000 - £28,000 + Team and Individual Bonus's
·25 days annual leave as well as bank holidays after 2 years.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager
·Develop a portfolio of clients and providing that outstanding level of client care to our Charity team.
·Managing client's (Charity) requests to meet deadlines.
·Manage a high volume of quotes and pricing to support clients.
·Work alongside the creative team delivering ideas you may have to improve the services.
·Pay attention to market trends / insights and present this knowledge to the team and clients when necessary.
·As account manager you will have to ensure you are being profitable when negotiating with suppliers and your clients.
·Ensure you are providing a level of aftercare to your clients.
·You will be working towards targets to maximise the business' expectations.
·Liaise with the Charity team to provide support for any events or current promotions.
·Attend networking events and client meetings and represent the company in an appropriate way.
The Ideal Account Manager
·As an account manager you will need between 1 to 2 years' experience within a similar role.
·Charity Account Management would be ideal - but not a must
·Looking for someone with strong communication skills.
·As a Charity Account Manager you will need to be confident in making outbound calls to
clients on a regular basis.
·The ideal candidate is ambitious and is driven to do well.
·Experience using a CRM system such as Synergist.
·As an Account Manager the ability to work within a team as well as independently is vital. Looking for somebody with a passion for marketing and this role. Great organisational and time management skills.
