Page Personnel have exclusively partnered with a growing brand agency in Leeds, who are looking for an Account Manager to join their team. This role will manage one of their key clients, and will be a fast paced and very demanding, but exciting role

As an Account Manager, you will report directly into the Senior Account Manager, responsible for delivering marketing strategies to key clients. Duties will include but are not limited to;
  • Develop & maintain a strong relationship with the client and consistently strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the client and their organisation
  • Develop and continue a good understanding of store operations
  • Manage client expectations and create raving fans out of them
  • Offer daily support to the account group
  • Support the Account Director and Senior Account Manager with ad hoc work
  • Support team members, designers in the pursuit of delivering the highest standard of service to the client
  • Develop and continue to build an understanding of media recommendations and costs
  • Hold a weekly meeting with AD/SAM to ensure workload is shared out equally and communication is strong between you both
  • Attend weekly meetings with the team to update on ongoing workload including department WIP's (production, studio, design teams)
  • Write clear and meaningful briefs and support in the delivery of appropriate solutions
  • Continue to drive sign off of product nominations to briefing studio
  • Take responsibility for contact reports and all administration
  • Plan and head up weekly WIP meetings


To be considered for this role, you must:

- Have 2-3 year's previous agency marketing experience

- Possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written

- Have the ability to work within fast paced environments

- Have key stakeholder management experience (desirable)
