Looking for a passionate nursing home manager to take over a medium sized nursing home in Hereford. This Care Home is owned by an independent care provider, the successful candidate would be responsible for the day to day running of the home, creating action plans, working towards a good CQC report, plus all clinical aspects and management of the full staff team. The home has great staff turnover and are looking for a candidate who is interested in longevity and stability in their next role.
Looking for someone with relevant managerial experience, someone who has been registered to a home before and who has a good track record with CQC. You must be nurse qualified to be considered for this role. Looking for either an RGN/RMN who is up to date with their clinical knowledge. The ideal candidate would be a positive, hands on and forward-thinking manager, who knows how to motivate and run a team who deliver the highest standard of care possible.
The package being offered is a basic salary of up to around £60k, however this is dependent on experience.Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:• Managing
