The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a leading Managed Service Provider who are hiring within their Remote Support Team on a permanent basis.
This is a key hire for this organisation amongst a very busy period. After weathering the COVID storm and coming out stronger, they now need someone with a basic technical understanding to join them and progress through their industry leading career progression scheme, coupled with bonus' along the way.
You will be joining a small yet very fast paced team to provide remote support to their customers on a daily basis and will get the opportunity to work with businesses of all sizes across the Finance, Real Estate, Legal and Education sector.
Due to being a Managed Service Provider, you will work to various KPI's within your team to ensure Service Levels are maintained to customers at all times. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and likes a challenge.
Within this role, on a daily basis you can expect to work within a Windows Based
environment working with Microsoft technologies
including Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, O365
and more. You will also gain exposure to Desktop/Laptop/Server Support, Networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN), Firewalls, Access Points and Network Switches. Essential requirements: -
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, O365 and how they couple together to create a working environment.
Working for this organisation, you will receive a starting salary of £18,000
and after 6 months completed probation, you will be automatically enrolled into their Employee Share Scheme
meaning you become an equal business owner and will be entitled to your share of company profits.
