Castlefield Recruitment are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a reputable Not-for-Profit organisation based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with experience in a similar area to join a forward-thinking organisation on a 6 month fixed-term basis.
This is initially a work from home opportunity.
- Log, check and enter invoices and credit notes into the Accounts Payable ledger
- Forward the invoices to the relevant managers for approval
- Effectively deal with supplier queries
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Update authorized Accounts Payable invoice batches
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable role is essential
- Confident communicator able to handle a variety of queries
- Systems skills including MS Excel
