Level 1 Service Desk Consultant - Glasgow - Up to £20,000 DOE

First Line Service Desk Consultant opportunity in Glasgow, Reed are proud to represent a UK Leader in IT.

The successful candidate will be responsible for
  • Providing 1st line support, ensure customers tickets are responded to within SLA.
  • Resolving incidents
  • Updating ticketing systems
  • Maintaining a high quality of service
  • Liaising with the 2nd line Support team

Competency/Skills Required:
  • Desktop Support experience
  • Positive telephone manner
  • Microsoft Exchange experience
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a service desk environment.

  • Qualification in IT would be desirable.
