I am recruiting for a Deputy Manager for a small private Day Nursery and located on the outskirts of Oxford. This is a full time position 40 Hours per week. There are some great benefits salary is dependant on experience up to £24,000 working alongside an established nursery team. Call Completely Care to apply.

You will be supporting a staff team to look after children from all backgrounds including SEN. This role entails supporting the Nursery Manager on a day-to-day basis in running the nursery and providing high quality childcare and education, directing staff in a positive, friendly and understanding manner which will ensure excellent practice along with the smooth running of the nursery. Therefore experience of working with under twos is essential.

The ideal candidate must be experienced with a robust knowledge of the statutory requirements and the EYFS, as well as Ofsted standards and inspection processes. Someone who can multi-task and prioritise work while always putting the children first. In addition, you will be a strong decision-maker, with the proven ability to do tasks such as show arounds of the nursery and meetings with new parents.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in childcare, providing care and support to the under 5s and creating a fun and happy environment for the children to play and learn. The role includes play work, activities, support with feeding, personal care and supporting the staff team and the manager.

Applicants should have training and experience in childcare work and be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare & Education.
