Working with the Management Team, you will need a clear understanding of Contract Operations together with the ability to develop effective relationships at all levels, both within our organisation and with the client as you will be required to deputise for the Operations Manager & Team Manager in their absence, taking ownership of all site procedures.
You will be responsible for motivating and managing the team ensuring that everyone deals effectively with the public, other members of staff and the client as required. You must have a thorough understanding of the Computer System (full training given) to assist the team with problems or queries they may have. In addition, you will be participating in the recruitment process for new members of staff, carry out appraisals for your team and hold disciplinary meetings when required.
You will oversee all aspects of this department ensuring customer and client expectations are met.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As such, you will need to be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to your working hours.
