I am currently looking to recruit a IT Assistant to join a well-established team in Central Bristol
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
You will work in a team of 2 who will make you feel part of their team from day one, you must love IT and be able to assist people with any IT issues in calm manner
As a key member of a small IT team, you will be instrumental in assisting and ensuring the smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis. This exciting new vacancy exists for an equally ambitious and highly motivated, results driven team player.
You will provide first line desktop support, both onsite and remotely including the troubleshooting of simple Office 365, Chrome, Printer, CRM's and other utility software queries.
Ticket Logging and Case Management utilising our Internal Ticket Management Solution
User Setup and Management via 365 Azure Active Directory
Device configuration and administration using Apple MDM
Assisting in off-site set-ups and installations, access to your own vehicle would be advantageous but is not a requirement.
The role would be ideal for a technically minded individual looking to start a career in IT.
Display a genuine interest in the IT problems encountered by end users and a willingness to solve them where possible, escalating if required.
Display effective written and verbal communication to end users, providing updates to documentation where necessary.
Previous experience in a service desk role desirable but not essential, though experience in case management (i.e. Customer services) would be beneficial.
