A reputable, successful Independent Financial Practice based in the North-West currently requires an experienced financial services compliance and quality assurance support administrator to provide support to the Independent Financial Advisors and Paraplanners in their research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives from a compliance perspective.

Diploma Level 4 qualifications would be advantageous but not essential however experience within financial services and compliance is essential. This company offers exam support and genuine career progression in an excellent working environment. The position is available dure to the success and expansion of the team.

The main elements of this role will include:
  • File checking and using check lists
  • General compliance
  • Preparing T&C information
  • Helping with other tasks as and when necessary
  • In order to apply you will need to have:
  • Exposure to working within a Financial Services environment within a Compliance role
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal) and to demonstrate these continuously whilst providing an exceptional level of client support
  • An excellent approach when it comes to being compliant
