Digital Marketing Executive: This role will involve planning and implementing digital marketing activities, including via email, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter with a focus on sales rather than creating brand awareness. The role implementation aspect involves producing digital assets and managing customer communications.
The successful candidate will have a relevant university degree and prior experience (minimum of 2+ years). They will be experienced in data driven email campaigns including both automated customer journeys, and dynamic campaigns based on consumer behaviour. Also, expert in using digital marketing tools (email, social media, content creation etc) and graphics software. Good oral and written communication skills are vital. SEO experience is also required and focus on Google Analytics a pre-requisite.
As our Digital Marketing Executive you will carry out the following types of activities:
*Planning and implementing extensive email marketing campaigns and automated journeys
*Creating and maintaining a dynamic social media schedule
*Creating digital assets for use on the website and social media
*Add, edit or update website content via CMS
*Manage customer communications in a timely manner on social media and email
*Copywriting and editing blog posts, on-page content optimisation and link building
*Monitoring, measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of all communications with meaningful data
*Aid performance using Google Analytics data
*Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies
*Social listening - setting up monitoring and reporting to inform future social media strategy
*Ad Hoc tasks as required
Digital Marketing Executive - Required Skills:
·University Degree and prior experience of 2+ years
·Experienced using a CMS
·Previous experience with Hootsuite or similar
·Competent at using graphics software such as those in the Adobe Suite
·Highly organised, with an ability to work to deadlines.
·Clear understanding about how marketing can be used to generate sales
·Plan and prioritise short and long-term tasks effectively.
