The Head of Contracts and Compliance is responsible for the management of all contractual and compliance duties whilst playing a key part in managing the company's exposure to commercial risk. Responsible for the efficient running of the Contracts and Compliance Team ensuring all recruitment consultants are appropriately supported and providing key operational management and support to the Finance Director and Managing Director.
Key Duties & Responsibilities *Management of Contracts and Compliance ensuring support to consultants on a day to day basis *Reviewing terms of business and advising stakeholders on relevant information regarding terms *Generating reports for Directors on an ad-hoc basis to monitor contractual compliance *Drawing up employment contracts to ensure all legal liabilities and requirements are highlighted. *Supporting all bids & tenders *Internal audits & External audits *Knowledge of HR *Working knowledge of ISO accreditation
Essential Requirements *Experience in contracts & compliance (within a recruitment business would be desired) *Working knowledge of accreditations *Ideally legal degree or equivalent *Proactive *Strong attention to detail
