Job Title: SEND - Curriculum Team Leader

Location: East London

Pay Rate: £29,174 - £34,068 p.a.

Hours: Full Time

Duration: Permanent

The College:

The Role:

- To undertake Lecturing and related duties and manage and develop a programme area

- To be a designated subject/groups Coordinator

- To ensure that information regarding progress with assessment and learning for courses is collated, maintained, and readily available throughout the year

- Supply accurate enrolment, attendance and achievement information

- Collate information in terms of individually MTGs and ILPs

- Lead the LSR at course team level

- Write and monitor the course Improvement Action Plan

- Ensure that the Course Quality Folder is up to date and complete

- Ensure that the assessment schedule meets internal and external requirements

- Prepare student and course related administration for external verification meetings

- Contribute to the induction of,communication with and wehere necessary, the mentoring of new and part time third party staff

What you will need:

- A recognised teaching qualification

- Level 2 English, Maths and ICT

- Relevant degree or professional qualification

- Experience in a Curriculum Team Leader post desirable
