Compliance & Business Administrator
Salary : £20,000 - £25,000
Location: Birmingham or West Midlands - remote working / work from home
Following 1 year of constant growth, this managed service provider who are in the IT and Technology Automation industry are looking to expand their Business Op's team.
The business ops manager is keen to bring in someone with a key eye for detail, who can proof read key reporting documentation, checking for errors whilst utilising their "outside of the box" type skills to question errors or elements of documents that do not look right.
You will assist with with day-to-day tasks, including; human resource documentation and processes, maintenance of client details, asset management, internal audits, testing and use of ISO processes and systems (potentially other systems), support the monitoring and measuring of employee details. No day will be the same!Primary Responsibilities - amongst others
Work with the information security and compliance manager to test processes and update documentation within the ISO 9001 and ISO27001 systems (plus any other standards that the Busines Operations Department may become responsible for).
Preparing for meetings by collating agenda(s).
General administrative support to all members of the senior management team.
Compilation of human resources documentation and reports.
Compilation of management standards documentation and reports.Other Responsibilities
Support the Senior Management team in achieving their objectives.
To maintain a sound knowledge and understanding of current human resources/administrative processes.
Adherence to contractual obligations with customers and third parties as well as legislation.Experience

- Supported the running of ISO 27001 systems
- Confidence with updating of documentation within ISO 27001 / ISO9001 standards
- Confidence within compliance documentation when it comes to analysis and reviewing
- Worked on Asset Management reports such as Insurance documentation
- Attention to detail
