This role is working for an organisation who works alongside the University of Lincoln. They are looking for a permanent member of their leadership team to join as Membership Services Manager, a critical role in ensuring students get the best experience in the country. You'll be part of leading the development of their services to provide an individual approach to extracurricular activities such as sports and societies, advice, or volunteering.
Our client is affiliated with the University, and operates as a not for profit / charitable organisation. They represent the best interests of 17,000 students attending the university.
The Membership Services Manager will oversee a wide variety of services we offer to members through our volunteering, sports, societies, academic societies, advice and support services as well as supporting student groups, community cohesion development, and campaigns, to drive positive change with a key focus of understanding and representing the needs of members, to support them whilst at University.
Applicants will need to have strong track record in a membership organisation or skills transferable to the role. Be dynamic and innovative in their approach to member engagement by developing and delivering high-quality services and support across the membership function.
You could also come from a background such as youth work, support services, community initiatives, or anything with a transferable skillset.
£40,000 - up to, depending on the candidate
