A fast-growth national wealth management practice is searching for a Regional Sales Manager in the Yorkshire area to take the lead as a player-manager.
You will be responsible for working with an experienced team of Financial Advisors; supporting them to achieve personal and company-wide objectives by training, mentoring and coaching, whilst assisting them to grow the opportunity to further develop their client portfolios. You will assist your team in building complex plans and driving strategy, using your knowledge and experience to spot trends and missed opportunities. With many of the team currently high-performing, the task is to continue to build out the function and build plans for the team to increase FUM and recurring income, whilst assessing and building their technical skills. No T&C responsibilities are attached to this role.
The ideal candidate would have experience of managing complex teams of Advisors, with experience in providing independent, whole-of-market advice. You will be invested in driving success towards personal and business objectives and have experience of driving performance goals in a player-management capacity.
