Refuge is seeking an Events Fundraising Manager to join our ambitious and passionate fundraising team. You will be joining a passionate and driven team of two to manage the current programme and supporting on the strategic growth.

The Events Fundraising Manager role is a new post and is responsible for managing, delivering and developing the events fundraising programme. As well as managing the current programme and innovating to develop and grow our supporter base and event products, this role will also be responsible for delivering exceptional supporter stewardship to drive maximising income and long term support. We are looking for a passionate, ambitious and driven events expert to continue this growth both online and offline.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven individual with a passion for events fundraising and managing a fast growing program and team.

The post holder will work under the Head of Community and Events Fundraising to manage and grow the events fundraising income, both online and offline to create a dynamic portfolio and new audience to Refuge.

You will have a track record of managing events from mass participation to intimate events, working across virtual and face to face to drive income growth. You will have good organisation skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects at once.

You will have experience in managing a six figure budget, strong analytical skills and ability to build digital recruitment programs. You will have experience in working on a CRM database and Microsoft Office as well as the knowledge of fundraising practices with a focus in events.
