Base Location: Belfast

Salary: from £35,500 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Fixed Term Contract, 18 months | Full Time | Flexible working options available

What is the Role?

The main purpose of the role is to lead the Back Office functional delivery for Project Redwing and deliver the required transformation of business processes successfully. This includes the delivery of the relevant interfaces with various third-party systems. The role will act a key interface and expert between the business and the IT and vendor project teams on these areas of functionality, providing regular update and insight to the business management team on the project.

Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:

- Design and delivery of APIs to support efficient processing of data files received into the business

- Transformation of back office business processes to align with future operating model

- Robust testing of the new CRM for the various back office functions and the third party interfaces

- Supporting the management and coaching of back office business function SME resources

- Known business risks associated with back office functions and potential mitigation

What do I need?

- Thorough knowledge of end to end customer processes

- Experience leading Back office disciplines, preferable at manager level, delivering complex day to day KPIs and business change.

- In-depth awareness of Company profile and understanding of business objectives

- Customer orientated

- Business analysis, process documentation, system testing.
